Bummer dudettes. I didn't lose anything today. I think I've put my body into shock. I think it's still waiting on the Cherry Cokes and Little Debbies before it decides what it's going to do.
I'm not disuaded, it's early on and it's only day three. I will adhere to it strictly for the two weeks until I decide if I need to do something other than South Beach. As long as I'm not gaining I'll keep with it.
Last night I took Stephanie shopping and we got home after supper time. I was a little hungry, not bad, so I had jello, meat sticks, and some green olives. I couldn't find anything in the book about the olives(further searching is needed) but by bedtime I was HUNGRY. The only thing I wanted was bread, popcorn or some kind of good feeling starchy stuff. I held off though and went to bed. The last two days I've eaten every 3 hours no matter what. I'm breaking down my daily intake into smaller amounts over a longer period of time. No hunger that way, ok except for last night, but I missed the 3 hour point at supper time.
Have a great and wonderful Wednesday! I'm praying for all the dieters out there that are struggling right now. This isn't the easiest project to tackle, huh?

I haven't lost anyting this week, I think because I had such a drop at the beginning. I would say try not to weigh yourself every day while in the first week (I hopped on the scale just before the weekend to keep me on track, but aside from that stuck to weigh day). I weigh really often usually, but it will drive you mad with the fluctuation in the beginning of this.
