Good morning fellow dieters. I've weighed this morning and I lost dut dutta duh, corny drumroll, but hey whatever works ;) 2 POUNDS WOO HOO!
I'm sure this first week will be water weight because that's what usually happens and I've been retaining a lot here lately. I'm glad I haven't had to go to the doctor because you can make those indentations on my shinbones that tell Dr. Doom and Gloom I have high blood pressure again. Not any more, that water is going for the last time. Just wish I would have had the willpower, courage, and determination to begin this sooner. ah well such is life.
